I feel low, You move closer

Dear SL...

I have so many pretty things to show you, I am not sure where to start first.
Just when I think I could not possibly want more, I find another item at another event.
My goodness I don't know what to do with myself, However I do know what to do with the items and that is to wear them and display them for all of you who read my blog.
This is so that you to can have an exploding inventory of must have items.

So my valiant fashion soldiers, We shall march on and face the ever growing need for more talented designers and their creations.

I really love this lazy day, breezy look.
Just puts me in a good mood when looking at my av.
Which by the way is a good thing because in RL its defiantly not breezy, fun or summery day.
Rather it is a freezing, typing hands getting frost bite while blogging situation.

But it is not cold enough to stop me showing off these items I have acquired.
Speaking of this the above picture features one of my new favourite sunglasses, They come with a hud for colour change created by Kumaki Glasses Style and can be found at The Men's Dept.
I love these events for this very reason as this is a new store to me and I had the chance to find them due to the event.

The other item in this look I am in love with is the pants by C'est la vie!, They just make this outfit for me.

These pants have a cute side belt and have a few different choices in the pattern or colour.

We must have done something right

Dear SL...

So its that time again, That's right SL gird is hitting us with many fine events for the month of July.
This really is as amazing as it sounds and it has been keeping me well busy, The only complaint I have is that my linden keeps disappearing when ever I vist any of the events.
I just don't understand how it keeps happening, Although I do seem to have some great new items in my inventory.

Now as you will have worked out by now this look is inspired by the new creations the designers participating in the July Mens Dept.
Mens Dept opens its doors with a very talented list of creators every month on the 5th.
It has of late under gone some changes, These changes include and exclusive rule of original mesh items.
The other change is that the prices due to the first new change, Has increased between 100-300L.
It is however still a discount sales event and prides its self on providing affordable items.

The shirt featured in this post is one from Sheep Door, When I seen this shirt I giggled so hard and it was just what I had been missing.
I am not sure how they knew this is what I needed, However I do like quirky things in life.

The other item that blew my mind in this months Mens Dept was the Razor shorts, I feel that they are perfect for the warmer look and well they have loads of features within the hud.
Not to mention they are a great fit.

This look is somewhat a little out of the ordinary for me, But despite this I enjoyed making it and think it looks great.
Its funny how sometimes we get stuck in what we think we like and well sometimes its good to push the boundaries as how will we ever know what we might like if we never try something else.
We have nothing to loose, We either realise we like it better or we go back to the way things were before because it was more of a fit.
All in all I think its important to evolve if it be ourselves or an event.

This look is a new causal look I came up with after my SL sister linked me to the new Dr Who inspired tights.
As soon as I seen these tights I knew I needed to own them, I am a huge Dr Who fan.
In the past I have done a blog post of Amy Pond inspired av.

The creator of the "Jim" Celeste Forwzy, The brand who made my time traveller tights...I have loved for a long time.
I have a very large obsession with tights RL and SL, Jim has been responsible for making some of my most favourite of all.
"Jim" does not release often and does not have many items but what has been released is a must have for every inventory.
That's right every inventory they are that good, I am sure even boys could look amazing in them.
Not to mention I am a HUGE Dr Who fan and must own everything related.

The second thing I want you to pay attention to is my new must wear and not take off ... My zipper earrings.
They are so cute and different looking, Suiting my style down to a fine art.

I also must mention that if people haven't tried Glam Affair skins, It is a must.
They are so artfully flawless and gorgeous, They make me sigh with want.
I have on LuLu from arcade and well I cant seem to find a skin to beat it... This is what Glam Affair has done to me and they will make you fall in love to.
Not to mention they have one of the most friendly and approachable teams, Who go to great lengths to make sure you are happy.

This is an outfit I have been wanting to post for a long time now.
Its one of the outfits, I put on and it was so striking I didn't want to take it off for days.

I seem to be on an Emery store kick of late.
I have loved this store for a long time and every so often they surprise me with something that I absolutely fall in love with, In this case it is this top.

Also featured in this post are the Jazz boots from Maitreya, These are my go to boots.
Very well made, As we have all came to expect from this designer and they are the best fitting boots I own.

I'm not that naïve

Dear SL...

RL is calling me away again, So I wont have as much time as usual.
However I will try to do some short and quick posts until I can find time to ramble on as normal.

This is just a look that kind of just fell together as I walked about some of my favourite stores.
It all started with finding this dress at Emery (Which has the best shape of mesh body to a dress I have seen), Than with a few bits and pieces from my inventory.
This was the end result and i must say even though its a little outside my usual look, I love it.
My SL sister even went as far as calling it "mature" look.

If you have never been to Emery and love old school, style looks from 80's and such.
This store is for you.
I personally love the 80's and I am an 80's kid.

Complete with leggings from Izzi's store and H.O.F's wedges, Its a fun loving look fit for the SL exploring the grid in style.

Just to self obsessed to see

Dear SL...

This is the last blog post covering the Under The Sea expo.
This however is not a mermaid.
That's right you heard me.
This is however a more human way of enjoying the sea and all it has to offer.

I have never personally been scuba diving in RL but I would love to and doing it in SL only made me want to do it more.
Living in Australia, I have the great barrier reef.
This reef is said to be slowly dying out and within the next ten or so years will very diminished, Non-Existence.
So that is very much on my bucket list.

This has to be one of my most favourite sea inspired outfits on the grid.
I must say Evie's Closet is one of the most unique fantasy creators within SL.
I always enjoy seeing the creations that come from the store and even more when I get to dress in one.
This outfit is a little dated but it is one of the rare ones that I would sacrifice mesh for.

Chelle's mermaid eye make-up just made things really pop for me and gave it that extra special touch.
